Best little auto shop in the area! The prices are always the lowest possible, Nicole is an excellent communicator and always helps me to understand my options and what’s going on with our cars, and they are super reliable and timely. I’ve never had a repair delayed longer than expected and that is AMAZING. With other shops I would drop off my car for a same day repair and would often get told they needed another day on it, but that’s never ever happened here. We’re really grateful for their superb and high quality service!

My brother is moving from Washington State to their new home in southern Arizona with two big pickup trucks and two big trailers full of household goods, and discovered while traveling through Oregon yesterday that the wiring for the electric brakes on their huge stock trailer had been torn loose and needed significant repair. They were on a tight time schedule and needed to continue on their way to Arizona after stopping at our Mapleton home overnight last night. We contacted Sorensen's this morning and explained the situation, and they agreed to squeeze in the work to fix his trailer late this morning. They did the work in a couple of hours, the price was very reasonable, the brakes work perfectly now, and my brother and his wife are on their way to Arizona this afternoon with their two rigs. That's awesome service by Sorensen Auto! We understand that might have squeezed some other local person out of a repair today, but I hope they will understand the tough situation that sometimes we each find ourselves in on the road.

We sent our teenage daughter in there to get her Jeep suspension fixed (two prior mechanics couldn't do it right). They fixed it for good and treated her great. This place is a gem! I would highly recommend!!

This was the only place that was able to get our car in right away. It was our first time there, and their customer service was excellent. They let us know right away what was wrong, showed us the broken part so we could see the problem, and their price was very reasonable. We will definitely call Sorenson's next time we need our car fixed.
