Honestly, this location does not even deserve one star. I have dealt with other locations for years with no issues but this location is as far from professional as they could possibly be. Laura Beth was very rude and extremely unprofessional. After speaking with her I tried explaining the situation to the manager Sandy and was hung up on before I had the chance to explain anything. I could maybe understand if I had been rude or unruly but this was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Judging by the other reviews I have read, this most definitely is not the first time this has happened.
I have always shopped for furniture here really nice and helpful employees.
I purchased a table set and I specifically told them I wanted a brand new set not the demo... a week later I received my table set thinking its new but damaged during delivery.. So I go to the store to show them the pictures of the damaged table I received I immediately noticed the demo gone instead of them sending me a new table set that I specifically asked for, they sent me the demo... Not to mention lack of communication while waiting on the table to get delivered... Sandy is not the person you want to deal with. They WILL NOT RECEIVED MY SERVICES ANYMORE AND I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

We picked out some bedroom furniture had to wait over a week to receive half of it and when it was deleiverd it was damaged they sent us new furniture all damaged 5x. I got so fed up the manager sandy wouldnt allow me to be added to the account. So we still have damaged furniture and Sandy would only give us 50 bucks off. This place is a joke and we will never purchase from there AGAIN.
