Super slow you will be there 4+ hours....

I wish I could give this company less than one star. The agent provided zero customer service. The agent passed their job on to me costing me - the seller - 3 hours of phone time. They agent made multiple mistakes on the documents themselves. The agent did not see it as their job to save me money. The agent did not inform me or my Realtor of any problems until it was too late for anything favorable to be done. Because the agent did no ask one simple question, we had to pay our mortgage company an additional $800+.nnThe company offered no apology or compensation for their mistake which cost us this extra money. Not even so much as phone call from upper management to apologize for the horrible service.nnDo NOT use this company!nn***I contacted the company in writing, via certified mail, regarding my disappointment with my experience. Their legal counsel reached out to me via phone less than 1 week later. They offered a resolution of financial compensation that was satisfactory to me and I agreed to update my Google review to give them credit for this.
