For the price decent room. Walking distance to restaurant and corner store. No bugs. Old but clean. Would consider staying here in the future.

We stayed in room 4 at first it was super cute and comfy feel but that changed about 130 am resulting in us packing and leaving hotel , I went to wake my fiance up who was sleeping in 2nd bed we left the light on thank goodness after 2.5 hr drive there and when I got to him I noticed something crawling on bed looked closely it wasaved big luckily just 1but it was still my sign not to stay any longer , prior my fiance messed with the curtains and ended up having a spider crawling on his back.. the owner was understandable and nice about it and did make it right , they asked which room and bed so they could spray but if u have been here previous might want to keep a eye out . Bed bugs come out about 1 to 2 in the am .. so ended up sleeping in my car before heading to Helen Ga

When we first got into the room there roaches every where. So I killed the ones I could see. Also there were a bunch of dead ones in the bathtub. The plumbing is in bad shape and no heat in the bathroom. I like the hotel because its clean and very cheap. But there are some things that need to be addressed. For us older guest the bathroom needs to be brought up to code. I have stayed here many times and may stay again.

It was a nice place to stay at, the price was really good. It was nice and clean I just wish they had a coffee pot inside
