I've been using John as an agent for a little over 3 years now and the service I have received from his office has been outstanding throughout. When setting up my insurance policies at his office, he took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. I have not had to reach out on many occasions; however, when doing so I always receive quick responses and experience excellent customer service. I highly recommend reaching out to John as an insurance agent!
John and his team have been great to work with through the years. They're always there to help us out when we need them, and in a very timely manner. They handle all of my insurance needs, and also all of insurance needs for my kids. John Hillyer has been a one stop shop for all of our insurance needs. Keep up the Great work.
Luckily, we haven't had to call on John and his team very much since we moved to the New Berlin area, but when we have, they are always quick to respond. John isn't someone who passes me along to someone else or refers me to a phone number with an automated voice to process a claim - he handles it personally, and we appreciate that.
If there was ever an insurance agent that offered knowledgeable, friendly service to his policyholders John Hillyer is your man. Mr. Hillyer will go out of his way to offer you the affordable protection your family needs and deserves. If it were available John Hillyer would receive 10 stars from me.
Insurance now a days is more complex and confusing, to myself anyways. John always gives me direct answers to every question. I have never waited for him to get back to me with an answer. He knows his business. His knowledge, professionalism, and trustworthiness is why i will never search for better rates from another company.
