My husband and I had our first COVID 19 vaccination at the Rabun County Department of Health yesterday. It could not have been a better experience! Every person we interacted with was so pleasant and kind. They also hit the perfect balance between social distancing and time efficiency. The scheduling of our second vaccine appointment was excellent. There was so much prior planning that it was easy and quick. Overall, the organization, personnel and time efficiency were top notch.

I've been here once, and the nurses were Phenomenal! They were the kindest, most caring and comforting staff I've ever visited, bar none! The wait time was about 5 minutes tops. The lobby, examining room, and even bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. I felt welcomed and trusted at every turn, and the cost of the services provided was far better than at any other location I'd found in Ga!nAmazing experience! Just amazing!
