Had my fireplace logs installed by The Fireplace as well as had glass doors installed on the fireplace. I absolutely love this addition to my home! The logs look so realistic I have had friends ask if I have a wood-burning fireplace. The Fireplace also retrofitted a burner into a patio firepit. I am very satisfied with the customer service and products I have purchased from them. Mark me a very satisfied customer!
Found The Fire Place a good business to deal with. If they say it, they'll do it. Now days, that's all we can ask for. Great Company...thanks...Jim Ed
I took my plans to the Fire Place store and got a written estimate on 6/25/14 of $3,119.11. That was in my budget. After the work was complete the builder got a bill for$4,250.39 and paid it on 8/23/14. When the builder gave me the bill I questioned the difference and he told me that he was not sure and that he was not told about the big difference. I went to the Fire place with the estimate and final bill. I basically was told that the work was more difficult than expected . I showed them the blue prints when I got the estimate. They knew exactly what they had to do. The difference was $1,131.28. I was told tough ! They did not offer any further explanation or did not want to work to any solution. The builder and myself will never do business with The fire place store again.
