Nothing but liars and cheats they will take money. From you and say things thats not even right just to sell you a car . worse place i ever got treated by when it becomes to facts but was nice when taking your money . i would go somewhere else to save your self from being mistreated later on down the road .

Got air filter and oil for self serve oil change. Parts person helped me with air filter. Great person. Just wish Duvall would take care of all owners instead of his customers only.

My wife took our 2017 Cadillac in for a thermostat replacement yesterday morning. 5 hours later she left dealership. Went to dinner and driving home (after driving approx 20 miles) we were Stranded on side of the road. Blown gasket. In the process of getting it towed to another dealership.

Stopped in as my alternator was dying. Traveling from South Carolina to Tennessee. Got me right in, fixed the problem, and put me back on the road. Courteous and professional. Cleanest repair shop I've ever been in.
