It's always an uplifting experience to visit Duvall Automotive. Their work is top notch, and they make you feel at home.
These guys are swamped and short handed, but always giving 100% to satisfy the customer's needs. Been doing business here for over 20 years and will continue to do business here for as long as I'm around.
We bought a car from them, and in the first 3 weeks it needed to be in the shop for longer than we had it in our possession. We had a loner vehicle for nearly the entire time. When we confronted them about the repetitive issues and asked for something to be done, the lady in financing told me that me and my wife were a headache and she doesn't deal with headaches, so they gave us our down payment back and canceled our purchase. I wouldn't buy another car from these people if the payments were a dollar a month.
