They need to come into the 21st century. Their online payment is the worse I've seen, and they rely solely on mail for communication. They dont send out any notices or anything. At a time when this stuff can be automated there is no excuse for the way they are trapped in the past. The customer service is awful. The lady that I talked to was very rude, refused to answer any of my questions, and just hung up the phone. By far the worst water dept I've ever dealt with.
