The agent Lance is the definition of sleazy insurance guy. When dealing with him he failed to educate his client or even show any amount of concern for his clients. All Lance does is take your money and never speak to you again. Georgia Farm Bureau has ok rates but the terrible quality of their customer service is the reason that most people not only don’t trust insurance agents but also perceive them to be money hungry slime balls just like Lance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the insurance has done nothing but go Up and Up. Tired of paying for all the uninsured people
