We picked our carpet and laminate based on them matching. Then found out the carpet we picked out had been sold. Did they call us? No! We had to contact them. I called to see if we could get something else asap as I am out for surgery next week. It puts us in a bind because we have already put the laminant down and now have to find a carpet that matches. I spoke to Bruce. One of the most rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I have recorded my phone call and am awaiting the owner to call... Edit: Over a week later, and still have received no call. Went to a different company and carpet is now installed and looks great. Decided I am now going to carpet my buisness...all 32 offices! Owner missed out on quite a bit of buisness due to bad salesperson and awful customer service
