So much went wrong. I got in the stylist’schair 1 1/5 hours after my 9:30 appointment time. I asked the lady 3 times if I needed to bring hair Bc my hair is light brown. The reply each time -no. I finally get in the hair and the lady announces - I have to go get some hair. So now that’s another 40 minutes. She may have even brought back lunch too. The braider is very heavy handed and it hurt like hell.Felt like my scalp was being removed from my head. It took 2 weeks for the pain to subside. Every 5 minutes her phone is ringing and she answered every call. Sometimes she could talk and braid other times she would have to stop braiding. Interestingly, most calls were for appointments and not one time did she write it down. So that means she is telling people to come at whim and will. I asked for box braids but got individuals. I am a woman of a certain age and have been getting my hair done since I was 16. I’ve never not tipped. Never! This is the first time that I didn’t tip and I don’t feel bad about it. Horrible! Go somewhere else.

First time visiting it was great!nn2nd time visiting for Box braids were terrible.nn1st she had car issues so she/they were late. Which is cool things happen that you can't control. 2nd I went to go pick the 2 ladies up from their home. 3rd she told me on the phone the day before that if I came early Tues morning I could have 2 people work on my head, so it wouldn't take that long. 4th well that was a lie. Another lady helped for about 15min. 5th the BIG BANGER is I CLEARY asked her 3x NOT to pull my edges. They are thin and I have soft hair. Welp she did......So when the other lady took over braiding she SNATCHED the whole entire braid out INCLUDING my hair. I have a bald spot still and it's been nearly 3weeks.nLast I explained to her over the phone that my hair was long, and it was past my shoulders. She said 180, when she seen my hair she said your hair is long, so it'll be 200.nnAFTER YOU JUST GAVE ME A BALD SPOT THAT I DON'T KNOW WILL GROW BACK AND I CAME AND PICKED YOU UP FROM YOUR HOME.....IT SHOULDN'T HAVEN'T BEEN 200......my opinion.
