Georgia PrintCo provides good pricing and they do good work some of the time. When Georgia PrintCo trimmed the banner for finishing with grommets, they trimmed or cut into the actual artwork or edge of the logo in multiple locations on the banner. They compromised the integrity of the logo. I had to spend 2-3 hours of additional labor time to fix the mistake on all four sides of the banner in order for me to provide a quality banner stencil for my client to paint the logo for a movie studio. Georgia PrintCo was unwilling to take zero portion of blame for trimming into the actual logo and were not willing to recognize that their production team trimmed into the actual logo is not industry standard, the production team did not leave at least 1/2-“ to 1” bleed border on all four sides which makes reasonable sense. Proof, no proof and no modification of artwork was not necessary, industry standard is you just do not trim so close on the edge that you trim off or cut into the actual edge of the logo. I was frustrated and very disappointed that Georgia PrintCo (Michael Clarke) was unwilling to understand my point of view or work with me in offering a small discount for the mistake. I sent multiple photos of the mistakes and issues via e-mail and all I got in return was NO discount offered and take your business elsewhere Jeff. I have printed other banners used for stencils and did not have this much trouble or any issues with Georgia PrintCo not doing a good job, I guess this time was a deal breaker for both parties. If the roles were reversed, Michael Clarke and Georgia PrintCo would be upset with me for making a mistake that just makes common sense if it cost them time and money to meet a deadline to a client. If you do business with Georgia PrintCo be very cautious and make sure your instructions are EXTREMELY clear or you are most likely going to deal with the headache their production team making simple common sense mistakes like trimming the edge of a logo off. Who trims off the edge of a logo when finishing a banner? Or getting that close to the edge of a logo? Georgia PrintCo does.Wish I could upload photos as verified proof because it obvious by looking at photos of the banner printed after being trimmed on the edge of the artwork and cutting of 1/16” to 1/8” of inch into the logo. I do not see how a paying for a setup proof would have avoided this? My fault for not mentioning to Georgia PrintCo, please do not trim so close to the edge that you cut into the actual logo image and maybe leave a couple inches as a bleed border on all four sides. Just thought basic common sense would have left at least one inch or maybe two inches bleed border on all four sides to assure the logo would not be be trimmed off in anyway. Guess not on the banner I received and my experience on this order. Guess i am forced to find another vendor and source that is willing to recognize when they were partially to blame and willing to make things right. Management says I did not talk nice to their company because I was frustrated with having to fix the mistake and I loss money on this project but there employee Google reviews are only 3.6 rating out of 5.0 rating on being a good place to work. There are some harsh comments by employees rating the company poor on pay, working conditions and how management does not seem to care in more cases vs. cases where they do care about their employees.

I love working with Georgia Printco. They respond quickly to quote requests, and always with a good price. Customer service is great and the art department is very thorough. I'm never disappointed with the final product either.
