Just called this place, the lady that answers the phone did not seem like she wanted to be there. Had some detailed questions an she just sounded like she didn't want to be bothered. Never mind

This place is rediculous!! Aside from being the only affordable housing in the area. You will get evicted for no apparent reason other your neighbors calling the office on you. The place is run by a disgruntled employee (Paula) whom is not even the director although she has been there so long she may as well be the agency matriarch. My mom had an apartment when I was 6-8 maybe, and they are denying her in 2015 for back rent (in 1986) of which they say my mom had a boyfriend living with her. Convicted on these allegations for a pair of shoes on the back porch and a portrait hung up in the apartment of our family. A family friend was in the picture with us because he just happened to be the one takling us the phot gallery. Every time smeone calls on you you get written up. I'm talking they don't protect you or your family from being bullied and often turn eveything around on you, especially if you are not one who reports to them. They ride around your apartment all times of the day and night trying to see waht you have going on invading peples privacy and the right to unreasonable searches, seizures which includes serveillance.
