Our time at Break Water is nothing less than an A+ experience. Lydia is our favorite and best bartender at Break Water. Lydia will give you the most pleasant evening experience without hesitation. Without her we would not be here.

Sunday morning, about 9am. Great service from Paola. I had the Corn Beef Hash Benedict, which is basically Eggs Benedict served over corn beef hash instead of English muffins. It also came with a side of roasted potatoes, and a side of toast. For $10 I considered it an excellent value, and quite filling.nnThe only downside is the coffee cups. They're very small, and while from a serving size perspective it's not a problem, the handle is so small you can barely get your finger into it, and it's so hot that you can't pick it up. The coffee is served in a carafe, so you can refill at will. Fix this one problem and all is well.nn(Side note: I mentioned the coffee cup size issue to the server, and another customer overheard this and wholeheartedly agreed.)

They have a refreshing menu. Not all the typical fried heavy food. I have had 2 visits. We have had 4 different entrees. All were made by someone who had good kitchen skills. They need to work on front of the house basics. Ambiance and table service basics. The staff is very friendly and eager. Just need guidance.
