They are good people! The Holly Thomason agency cares about customers. They are professional and quick to respond to customers' needs. My experience with the people who work there has been very positive. When I needed automotive insurance, they responded promptly with the right kind of policy. When I recently needed roadside service for a bad battery, they not only responded with prompt action by getting roadside assistance to help me, but they also showered me with care and concern. It is great to have the Holly Thomason agency in the community.

State Farm has always been really good to me! Agent Jessy Harbin and Holly Thomason I’ve spoke with both ladies before are super friendly and professional. They really do try to work with you and get you the best deal. There quotes from my experience have always been better compared to other local insurance companies.

I couldn't ask for better group of people. Holly is a great person and she have some great people working for her. They truly are good neighbors!!

Had an accident involving a deer. Called my agent and the matter was resolved quickly. The agent called for roll back truck. She helped set me up with a rental car. I've never had an insurance company that handled the issue so efficiently.
