Eli, my technician, was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about his work and the best treatment and practice for pest control. He walked me through everything and thoroughly explained to me how things worked. I was very pleased with his service. I felt relieved and more protected from pest once he visited. Rick has been our service rep for years now!! He is very nice, helpful and responsive. He does a great job. We never see a live bug in our house and that makes me super happy. It sounds crazy to say we feel like we are friends with our exterminator, but we do feel like Rick treats us like family. We have been so happy with all of the pest control services and quick response from Rick and America that handle all of our properties.. personal and business. I totally recommend Rick and American Pest Control for all of your pest control needs. We do the quarterly bug spray and ants, mosquito control and termites program. Also, when we had bees make a nest Last year under the cover of our jet ski.. Rick was there In hours to access the situation..Rick has always been quick to handle our pest control needs!
I absolutely have no doubt that I chose the right company to provide our quarterly extermination needs. We love Jeff and he has given us flawless recommendations and is always so nice to us. He calls ahead, always on time and one of the friendliness guys I've met. He is beyond knowledgeable and I would recommend him 100 times over to anyone that asks! Definitely goes above and beyond to take care of us!
American Pest Control has been very attentive to our needs and is willing to come out whenever we have needed them with no extra charge. Their yearly pricing is very affordable and they schedule us quarterly visits along with anytime we need them. Our technician David is very knowledgeable, friendly, timely and professional. We highly recommend their services!
Jeff is absolutely the best. We had so many issues with our lake house in trying to keep the pest control in control and nothing worked. We finally met Jeff and now pest in our home is a thing of the past!!! Thank you again.
