There are many local Real Estate offices out there, but none are like Hillwood Realty. From their beautiful office in booming Downtown Flowery Branch, GA, to their very knowledgeable and experienced Agents, Hillwood Realty is top notch! Their office not only handles resales, but also works with several esteemed local builders, giving the Buyer even more options! I definitely recommend this Real Estate office to anyone looking to make a move!

I have the inconvenience of having my mailbox across the street from my driveway. Their developers yanked out my mailbox, smashed it and left it laying in a pile of trash. I complained and asked them to put it back, but they put it on the wrong side where I WOULDN’T receive my mail because you know how picky mail carriers are. I called multiple times for them to fix the problem, but their superintendent is so rude that he didn’t ever call back or show up. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY!! Very unprofessional and over privileged. By the way, I watched how these houses were built and they are LOW QUALITY. Don’t waste your time with these people.
