This is a terrible apartment complex. It’s way overpriced, especially since there are apartments being used as halfway houses with strange people coming and going at all hours. The police are at the complex almost daily for some type of disturbance. The people across the hall from my apartment were known drug dealers and got frequent visits from the police as well. The first year was decent but I was concerned for my safety during the 2nd year of my lease. There was also a drug related death at one of the halfway house apartments. It’s a nice area but management is willing to put hard working residents and families at risk to make a dollar.

okay let me tell you the staff at tree park is fantastic, honestly outstanding! i lived in the community a couple years ago and i have recently signed a new lease! i can’t believe that when i came to the office with my family they remembered me by name. they are 100% there to work with you for any of your unique needs! i’ll be recommending tree park to anyone i know looking for a new home!

I think this apartment is better than most! What you pay for is the size of the apartments as my 2 bedroom is 1400sqft. Most other apartments are 1200sqft or less. Amenities are only average. Maintenance and staff are very pleasant and quick to respond. Have had a few issues needing repair and they are usually out same or next day to fix, even when they are not emergency issues. My biggest complaints would be state of the grounds and dog parks. You cant walk across the dog park without tip toeing around poop. I honestly dont even bring my dog in the dog parks anymore as im nervous he will catch a parasite. Also moderate amount of roaches in my apartment since my original move in date. I keep my house pretty clean but pest service, even when asked to spray heavily, doesnt do a great job. Lets be honest, this is an issue in pretty much any apartment complex. I would continue my lease except rent went up $140 month which is more than i want to pay. Il have to sacrifice some apartment space but ultimately move into a place that provides better amenities and nicer grounds maintenance for my furry friend.

When we 1st moved here we asked for 3rd floor ended up getting a 2nd floor.... ended up with Noisy neighbors who stomp early from 6am and as late as 11pm even 3Am!!! We have complained to the front desk several times they DONT CARE HAVE DONE NOTHING!!!! Talked to our front neighbors apparently we aren't the only ones to complained the residents before us did the same nothing has been done!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

i have had the most amazing experience with the three park staff! they are so personable and ready to help! working with them to lease an apartment is such a smooth and easy process. i cannot wait to move in to this community.
