Its Week 1: I feel so good that I did the move from down the street. Great amenities and beautiful units. Clean for pets as well.nnI just moved to my apartment here and have secured it since January - when they were just opening up - it has been a seamless process working with Ashley! She ensured I found the right apt for my lifestyle and kept in contact through out the 3 months. She has been professional and quick with getting my questions answered. I would recommend working with her. 5 Stars all the way!

If you’re looking to move to an apartment, The Crest at Flowery Branch is phenomenal! It’s a new complex and everything is top quality. The pool is awesome with stunning landscapes! We worked with Ashley Moss. The team at The Crest is awesome. Ashley made the renting process very easy. We are super excited to move into our brand new stunning apartment! :)

We moved in late February and love the place. We are not the best tech savvy people out there, but Vinny made our experience painless. Very communicative, and followed up with us throughout the approval and document process. We were totally surprised at our welcome home gift. He called us a couple days after our move in to see how everything was going. My girlfriend said he reminds her of a hotel concierge cause he always has answers. The pool is amazing. We saw the new furniture out there last week, it looks awesome. Vinny mentioned there will be some bike rentals coming soon. We are happy that we picked the right place.

Ashley Moss is the absolute best, top notch leasing specialist ever! She has made my husband and I feel right at home throughout the entire approval process! Her communication and client service skills are effective and superior. She took the time to answer every question we had in no time at all. I would recommend living at the Crest at Flowery Branch and having Ashley as your leasing specialist any day!

Thank you Ashley! After much consideration of apartments I chose The Crest. Ashley was stellar in her help and response. She made me feel comfortable and got the ball rolling with the time frame I had. The Apartments are well thought out and beautiful, just like Ashley. I am enjoying my decision very much.
