Great staff and loving my new bedroom set. The new management and staff is a big step up from the last. I will be back to get more in the near future.
Would have given 5 stars, but they were a little slow with delivery. We ordered a couch, a love seat, and a recliner, the couch and love seat were delivered but they forgot the recliner. Was told the furniture was out for delivery on a Wednesday, but they ended up having to deliver it the following Friday. But over all I felt like they were good to work with, they honor their warranty as we had a piece break on our love seat. Took a little while to get the part in, but they came and fixed the love seat with no problem.
We were in the market for new living room furniture. My husband called the store and spoke with sales consultant, RL, off and on throughout the day finding out what they had available and the pricing of different items. We both went into the store that evening. The customer service was excellent! Every person in the store was courteous and friendly. Our furniture was ready to be picked up a week later and we love it. So glad we shopped local and got exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
