Front desk staff could have been more helpful. Convenient smoking areas. Still boxed breakfasts, pool is indoor and open. Best beds.
Excellent Service!! I left my work phone in the room when checking out and the staff went above and beyond to get it back to me!! Honest and accommodating!! Thank you Hampton Staff!!
Hotel is dated and not well maintained, rooms were not cleaned properly and the floor was dirty. TV is very small, hard to enjoy watching TV. Only one elevator was working which created delays.nnShower water pressure was really strong, bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bed was soft and comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor maintenance and dirty rooms.
The front desk supervisor or manager , was rude Extremely rude , can’t even ask a simple question .nnI don’t recommend .nnHer rudeness led me to simply walk out.
Nice quiet. Favorite part is the in door pool.
