Buyer Beware!nRoy Rose does NOT stand behind their products.nI saw a signet/monogram ring advertised on Amazon. It was a beautiful ring. I ordered the ring with my own initials. The ring came yesterday and was awful. The workmanship was completely amateur. I could barely tell what the initials were and the placement was not uniform. I contacted the company, sent them photos, and they told me they will not refund or redo custom orders. This ring was sterling silver and cost nearly $100. I have never been more dissatisfied in my life!nThink twice before making a purchase from this company. I never will again.
