They never answer their phone. They close the phone down way before they close!!!!!!

The lady who serviced me was not attentive or professional. She was concerned about someone who was receiving help and disregarded me when I’d ask questions. I have things to do and didn’t need to be waiting no longer than needed. Also, what place doesn’t accept debit payments?? O.o it’s an inconvenience to people who do not carry cash at all. I wish i could remember her name. She was just blonde, old, and overweight. I also forgot to mention that it was storming and raining horribly. I had my two year old with me and parking a bit away. When I walked out to go find an ATM, this really sweet lady offered me 20.00 to pay so I wouldn’t have to run in the rain with my two year old. I didn’t want to take it but she insisted. That’s the sweetest thing a stranger has done for me.

I don't live in Hart County, but I have been to the tag office several times for work in the past. They will tell you that you need some off the wall form that you know nothing about and then when you ask for details & how to get these forms they also know NOTHING. If you call ahead of time and ask what papers you need to bring to get a tag for a truck they usually leave out one piece of info that you need to bring so then you will make 2 -3 trips there for one tag. :(

Rude employees with bad attitudes. I was told my Drivers License was wrong because Hart Co employee put in wrong address! I’ve been 4 months getting my title due to incompetence. Mr Pierce needs to have a staff meeting with his office staff.
