Incredible Installations LLC

We replaced our old master bathroom shower with Incredible Installations' brand new beautiful shower. Reed (sales rep) and Ilya (installation technician) demonstrated excellent professionalism and customer service. Reed walked us through the designing and purchasing processes. Ilya kept us in the loop as he performed the installation. Our shower was installed in one day. We enjoyed our experience with Incredible Installations!

Had two doors installed (exterior). Ryan called before he left Lowe’s to verify the order, Lowe’s had pulled the wrong door. Ryan straightened out the problem and still on time for appointment. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB EXPLAINING AS HE WENT, in the end I had a question about the weather stripping, he looked at it and fixed to my expectations. Cleaned up , couldn’t tell he had been here. So pleased with my experience with Incredible Installations on my new deck. Alfonso, Emilio, and Joelle did a great job and they are a really professional crew. They completed the job on time as they told me from the beginning. The crew went above and beyond to make sure they did the job right and to make sure the customer was happy. I was also very pleased with how responsive they were to my text and emails throughout the process. Stacey was also very pleasant to deal with prior to the start of the project as he kept me updated often regarding the process as we were obtaining permits from the city. Would definitely recommend and would definitely hire again. Thanks guys. We love our new deck. Its beautiful.

I wouldn’t recommend this company, they are a Lowe’s contractor. It took them a couple of months before they did the installation. I had to reach out to Lowe’s several times. They didn’t want to wear their mask. The professionalism is definitely lacking. I asked them at least 5 times to pull up their mask. Never again!

We ordered a new exterior door from Lowes and it was to be installed by Incredible Installations. It took them over a week to come out and measure the door. The door arrived at Lowes on 7/22 and was to to be installed within a week - it was not installed until Aug 6th. When the installer arrived he had an armful of miscellaneous materials which he quickly said I was to return because he did not need any of it. This was ordered by the guy who measured the door and cost approx. $100. NOW I HAD TO RETURN IT!!! A couple of weeks after the install, around Aug 24th, we noticed a problem with the lower weather seal and called Lowes to have Incredible come out and make any adjustments. The Lowes Installation Dept agent, put me on hold while she contacted Incredible. When she came back on the line, she said she could not contact anyone but had left a detailed message for someone to call me. On August 27th, not have received any call from Incredible, Lowes advised that they were putting a written work order with Incredible and I should expect a call from the Incredible no later than Tuesday Sept 1st, to set up an appointment. On Sept 3rd I advised Lowes that I had not received a call from Incredible. I asked them if they could have the manufacturer come look at the door or perhaps another company. They put me on hold while they again called Incredible - when the agent returned she said she had spoken with Kelsey and Kelsey promised a call back by 4 pm on Sept 3rd. No callback was ever received (I did receive a call on Sept 8th however - see below). I spoke with Lowes the morning of Sept 4th, 09:00, and told them this was unacceptable and I wanted nothing to do with Incredible Installations. I wanted Lowes to have another company come look at my door today! Guess what? By 11:30 Dacula Door came out and took care of the issue. Wow what great service by DD. Today, like nothing happened, I received a call from, I believe Ashley, at Incredible, who wanted to set up an appointment to come out. I won't go into details, but they will not be coming out - EVER.nSAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF - FIND ANOTHER INSTALLER.nn9/14/2020nnI would like to update my review from last week.nI received a call from Stacy Penland, Connectivity Director for Incredible Installations. I believe our conversation and review of the issues was very productive and Stacy exhibited genuine concern for the breakdown in the communications. Let me be very clear – the installation itself was flawless, and I believe Stacy will make a concerted effort to ensure client communications are more in keeping with their expectations.
