Avery and her assistant are two of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with, so sweet and kind. This is a genuine company with high ethics and a sound busy platform, you will not regret dealing with these folks and the as I said very wonderful office staff, by the way I am 73 and never posted anything so you can see that I am a happy camper.

We had a mouse issue in our new home and A&A was extremely responsive, fast, helpful, and efficient. They listened to our needs and worked with us to make us feel better about the critters that also called our home, their home. We also needed them to come back for new mice (they’re tenacious) and they responded right away to come by our house for service. THANK YOU!

Simply a stellar experience during the entire process. From the site survey to the exclusion and trapping and finally with the cleanup: every person that came out was not only knowledgeable. skilled, and eager to please the customer, but they were also very pleasant and professional. Also, they all were very conscientious of the covid19 situation and followed all protocols. They truly went above and beyond. Furthermore, the office team was top notch, organized, and thorough. In summary, I can’t recommend A&A enough...they really do set a standard for others to follow! Thank you A&A!

The guys at A&A are professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Matt (the owner) came out for the initial assessment and it was obvious that he was an expert and took great care in explaining what the plan would be and how they would successfully get the squirrels out for good. All the guys also observed the CDC guidelines for essential businesses which made me feel comfortable during this time of crisis with COVID-19. After we confirmed the go forward plan, we were promptly scheduled. Erik and Justin came out to carry out the job and these guys were amazing. They locked the house down and made sure those squirrels could not find a single entry point. Needless to say, the squirrels were not happy. These guys also did a great job cleaning out the gutters and even fixing one that was hanging low. I am telling you, these guys are top-notch. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate spot of having squirrels or any other rodents in the attic or anywhere in the house, don't waste time. Get ahead of it fast before they do anymore real damage and hire a company that specializes in squirrel/rodent removal. Other companies that do not specialize and will come out and claim to know what they are doing, but this type of job requires a specialist. This type of job calls for A&A.
