I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars!!! From planning to set-up to take-down, the entire staff of All City Rentals gave personal attention to every detail of our daughter’s wedding and reception! The supplies were high-quality and in excellent condition. But their customer service really made the difference. They treated each of our decisions with thoughtfulness by asking US the right questions along the way in regards to back-up plans for inclement weather, reception details and the agenda timeline. Their confident answers assured us that they would come through on their end so we could enjoy the beautiful day and pay attention to the little details. They delivered our rentals and had everything in place far in advance, allowing adequate time for us to clean up without rushing through the event. They thoughtfully called and/or texted with estimated times when en route. I swear...they thought of EVERYTHING, including simple directions for each item rented and offered suggestions and solutions for things we didn’t even think about. Would we use them again? Without a doubt! And would we highly recommend them? Above everyone else! Thanks for taking the stress out of one of the most important occasions of a lifetime!!!

All City swooped in and saved my wedding day with a very last-minute chair rental! The booking process was very easy, and the woman who helped me (the panicking bride) was very reassuring. They delivered to the venue with plenty of time and picked up in a timely manner (next day). I appreciate the excellent service, affordability, and flexibility of this company. Highly recommended!

Excellent Company!nI used their services several times within the last year and I must say their customer service is top notch. My clients are constantly requesting Chiavari Gold Chairs and their chairs are by far the best compliments I get. It’s sleeker than other company that I’ve used. I had such a pleasant experience with All City Party Rentals. I called them about 5 days before my wedding hoping they had a tent available to protect us from the rain. Nadia was extremely helpful and so attentive to what I would need. She made sure to accommodate the delivery so I had a few days to play around with my set up. The delivery men were so sweet and so efficient. Just all around a great experience. Thank you guys for everything!

They were a last minute call,the Business I was seeing about had to cancel due to weather emergency issues.I called All City Party Rentals so helpful and friendly. .
