Late December 2019, we went to a different AT&T location where Hayden serviced our phones. Instead of referring us to the online promotion, he made an error in our phone plan.nnWe asked several times in store to confirm that this plan was correct. He said it was. However, six months later our phones cut off and come to find out that he had given us the wrong plan!nnMaking mistakes are unavoidable. That’s fine. However, instead of rectifying this issue, he explained that he was unable to help us because he had used a different co-worker’s account. When we went to the original store location to find this employee, the manager there explained this was untrue. We’ve come to find out that not only did he not give us the correct plan but he had been intentionally making us run in circles.nnWe have spent many hours talking to customer service and driving here back and forth to try to rectify this situation. This is not easy with a newborn during COVID-19 when we are doing our best to take safety measures. We were extremely displeased with this unprofessional and shameful service. Please avoid Hayden. We have discontinued with AT&T because of this experience.
