After I had a disappointing experience at UPS store, I came here and received excellent customer service from Cathy. I only wanted a simple print job, but she made sure I was happy with my purchase and went above and beyond what I expected. My booklet printed out perfectly - something USPS apparently is unable to do - and made sure I got the sale price. Thanks Cathy for your outstanding service!
Horrible experience manager Dana would only help Spanish speaking people and was yelling in the store as another associate was asking for help. She was rude. Spent a lot of money here we won't be back she lacks a smile an d customer service skills.
I went to another chain for some printing and after a half hour, they could not get it right. I will never go to another place for my company's printing needs. Dayna is truly a godsend.
I had to get some printing done today and there was a huge line and only one young lady working that area (Dayna). Man she was multitasking like you wouldn’t believe - and killing it!! They should give that girl a raise!!!
Office Max is convenient and well located to homes and small businesses in the area. They generslly have what you neef in stock from toner to printers from paper to pens. They have a respectable offering of office goodies from coffee to cookies. They also have a selection of computer supplies and a fine small business ptinting area. Ftiendly service is a given , so next time your in need of suplies to furniture go see Office Max in Flowery Branch it's part of Flowery Branch's regional shopping center.
