Savannah did a great job walking me through the process of my iPhone upgrade. Patient and informative.
First time I came here I got helped right away. Mario is great. Second time I waited an hour and had to leave. Mario was busy and no one else could help with Samsung/Android devices. So if Mario is busy and you have an Android phone then leave and come back later. Sad.. please train employees on Android and iphone... Since you sell both.
The store personnel know more about att then the web personel. Save yourself some time and go to the att store before concidering their web offer. If was confusing. I ordered 3 times before from their web site had to cancel all 3 times Due to the system. But the speed is great. go to the store before you do the web.
These people make you have to beg them to do business. Lose $1300.00 phones in the mail and now the paying customer has to a) do without till they decide to do something about it. Or b) as I was told by at&t... just buy a prepaid phone till ours gets there... WHAT? Could you have any worse customer service? I'm about to cancel and order that hasn't even been activated or even recieved for that matter. At&t are slack jawed idiots.
