HORRIBLE customer service. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get an IPhone repaired and no damn luck. The staff is terrible at customer service.
Service by Jada and Brian was off the chart. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent service
Just bought phone not too long ago. Had to use speaker to use phone to receive and make calls. Had coverage on phone. They sent me all over to other stores. I did get a new phone, not sure if it was the same phone because it still did the same thing. So they gave me the run around. Ultimately they refused to help me and wanted me to buy another phone. Also they insisted I bought my phone at another location-----not so!
I went in to get a new phone. Lady before me was so upset because something she bought wasnt working right. Said she had been in there 3 times and still no help. The girl that was working there sound lime she had better things to do. She was short with answers and sounded like she was getting irritated with this woman. Customer Service is not the job for her. When i finay got to talk to her i didnt got more than 3 words. I will be looming for a different store to go to. I suggest you do the same.
