12Stone Church

Love this church! I have attended this location for 4 years now!

This is a very loving church. My landscaping contractor invited me when my mom passed away. This church was an awesome grief support system. They really care about single women.. I love the fact that I can donate to the food pantry and no that the hungry in my community are being fed. So much to mention.

I have been a member of 12 Stone since they were on Collins Hill Road. Pastor Kevin baptized me there. The church was called Crossroads Community Church. While at Crossroads on Collins Hill Pastor Kevin was absolutely amazing not only in his teachings but also his love and concern for his members as well as nonmembers. He has the biggest heart I have seen in a pastor. 12 Stone has grown tremendously with a large number of campuses. Unfortunately, I believe this has affected their ministry and personal concern for its members including inactive members. I reached out to the main campus and explained my situation and asked for help. I left a message with the office and told me I would here back from the pastor. Pastor John contacted me later that day where he was very cold and business like. I felt like I was applying for Welfare. He was harsh and didn't seem to have any concern for me personally or spiritually. When I would try to poor myself out to him about my situation he just replied with what does that have to do with what I needed. He was quick and short with me. It seemed like he was in a hurry to get off the phone. Before hanging up he said he would see what he could do and call me back that same day. Unfortunately, it has been well over a week and I have not heard back from anyone from the church. I guess I am disappointed in the churches choice of pastors. Pastor John may be great at the church level, but I truly believe they need someone else that shows more concern to help God's children when taking calls like mine. He didn't even ask me if I wanted to pray with him or give me any godly counsel. Simply what do you want, bam off the phone and not even caring enough to follow through. This is definitely not Christ like. Christ would never treat his people the way pastor John treated me. By the way, I reached out to 12 Stone because my sister was just diagnosed with terminal cancer and was told she only had 6 to 18 months to live with treatments and pastor John new this and it didn't seem to phase him. So sad.

Solid biblical teaching. Dynamic contemporary worship. All age groups. Many young families with children. Fellowship groups meet throughout the week. Develop lifelong friends. Opportunities to serve others. If your searching? Highly recommend you visit 12Stone.

Without a doubt the best church in the area. I've been to many, and this one blows me away. Message always relevant, people always friendly. I've been coming here 2 years and never once reconsidered.
