GTT

By far the worst company in the world, It takes literally everytime I call in about 3 -4 weeks to get anything done as they have to create a ticket for everything you want done, even to just ask a question about your account takes weeks to get answered. When you call any of the umpteen different numbers they have and no one can tell you which one is correct as I do not think they even know anymore. None of them is the right department to talk to, but they all can create a ticket for you. Also you can not do an address change without an act of god . But they will do a billing address change in a blink of an eye. The only thing the CSR's can do is create a ticket, take a payment or make a billing address change. Other than that good luck getting anything done or fixed if it goes wrong. Any other service company I work with as a business has a service center that can actually help thier customers, even we do. When I signed up for the service the company was called reallinx. When it was under this ownership the reallinx company it was awesome. Just call in and any one of the people could help you get anything done. A service ticket may be set up but that was only to track the progress of the case opened. The help started immidiately. However GTT bought them out and took over with thier really poor customer service practices. As an IT manager and business owner. I can assure you this kind of poor customer service is an extremely easy fix and a necessity to provide good customer service. Why GTT can not get this part of thier company figured out is beyond belief. If it was me, I could have it fixed within a week. Hey GTT contact me if you want to fix this problem you have with your customer service. It will take 5 minutes to tell you how you can fix this unfortunate problem of yours. Also I would fire who ever is in charge of this area of your company as they are failing miserably. Must be because they are on a nice vaca with a big bonus or something not thinking about fixing anything. Just take a look at any other phone or tech company and see how they work with thier customers and your eyes would be opened. As I went on to write this review I can see I am not the only one who thinks this is the worst service in the world and rightfully so. I also saw how poorly they treat thier employee's. I will be blasting out everywhere possible to steer anybody and everybody away from GTT. I will also be looking for a new phone service ASAP..
