Very excellent customer service , Rahul guided us in every aspect of travel even where to get quick COVID test ., and got very good deal on flight tickets too.
This travel agency has really nice customer service. I believe I spoke to Rahul here and while I had a very unusual issue of cancelling a flight in the last minute and then trying to re-book it within 15 minutes due to some confusion in late 2008/early 2009, he really did try to help me out as much as possible.nnObviously there wasnt much he could do, but I appreciated the fact that he picked up the phone after hours and actually listened to my problem and gave advice and seemed genuinely concerned about what was going on. I highly recommend this travel agency.
