This dealership deserves 5 stars!! I bought my car from here last year, and it's treated me very well - no problems or complaints! Great customer service - answered all my questions and made me feel secure! I recommended this place to my sister, and she bought a car here as well! They sell good quality cars for great prices! You get what you pay for, and they are upfront about everything.

Sent me pictures of a Chevy Cruze that looked super clean and wanted to trade for my civic coupe. When I show up the car has obviously been rear ended, the mirror is ducted taped on and the door handles on the interior we’re being held together with electrical tape... and if that wasn’t enough he told me it would be a trade for trade (Which after seeing the car wasn’t gonna happen), then asks me after I’m there how much cash I was gonna put on top for that POS car.. don’t buy a car here they’re scammers and don’t post pics that show the actual damages of the cars!

The oil stick was seal in. Went to try and purchase a vehicle drive good then I looked under the hood and realized the oil stick was seal in and the owner got a attitude when I ask him about it. He wasn't going to say anything just tried to act like he didn't know. Today was not a good day... don't waste your time or money. On top of that he was carrying a gun but if you are selling lemons I see why you will need to carry a gun.

Horrible customer service, little to no help. Walked in, was barely even acknowledged. Battery ended up being dead on the test drive, no big deal, however when I came back they were all gone. Come to find out they ordered a pizza. Wanting to negotiate, they didn't even come out of their office to talk with me. Sent their mechanic back and forth constantly to talk with me. I gave them an offer, asked if they would take down my information if the car was still available and they would go for my offer, not too much below the asking price. Came back with one of their business cards. They did not know my name, did not take my drivers license to test drive, did not do any formal greetings, and was treated with disrespect. Its not worth the drive to Buford to even deal with these guys if they are not even going to acknowledge your existence as a customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THESE GUYS, OR MAKING THE DRIVE UP TO THEIR LOT.

this is Awny Gobran some body created a fake account using my first and last name and giving you guys and north georgia auto brokeres low rates and bad reviews and putting me in bad situation at the same time I hope there wont be misunderstanding
