I came into today because I'm in the market looking for a new SUV. The experience I had with Elan staff was Exceptional!!! Let me tell you Danielle and Josh were absolutely a pleasant to deal with. They both answered every question I had, was able to show me where they put money into every vehicle before it hits the lot to meet their high standards. Very nice selection of SUV to pick from and super clean Vs. other car lots I've gone to and they don't do have or show you half of what Elan has today... I will most definitely be back to buy my vehicle from here. If you want a place that is going to give you the excellent customer service, knowledge of what you are getting and what has been done to the vehicle, No lies, Gimmicks, No persuasion needed and not being pushed around this is the place to Go!!!!! I had a horrible experience at a Chevrolet Dealership. With Covid my credit has suffered. These folks were amazing to deal with. Super easy. I sent over what they needed...went by on Saturday...a few hours later I drove off in my new truck. I love it! They also did all the service work on the truck so if there are any issues I can bring it to them to look at. Got a great interest rate...5 Stars. Joshua was great and Lori so easy to work with for the financing portion. Thank you!
Bought a 2012 Ford explorer. They are very transparent and up front. Willing to answer all questions. Gave me keys to several vehicles I was interested in. I had a issue with being able to give downpayment all at once and they worked with me. I would recommend people to go check them out if they are in the market
This place is the best buy here pay here place I literally ever been to. They was straight up front with everything we needed to know about our new car. Yes we was APPROVED with them and got the vehicle that I really wanted, with payments cheaper than I expected. I will be sending my family to them as soon as possible.
