I bought a 2011 Toyota 4runner from this dealership 3 days ago. I will say i seen another 1 at another dealership i wanted to check out. After talking with zezmon I decided to stay with this dealership. He is a very professional young man and im very happy with my purchase. There were a couple issues but they were willing to take care of them for me with no hesitation! I definitely will be purchasing my next car with them. I would definitely give them a shot if you're looking for a car. I went to a Toyota dealership and never heard back from them for the same type of vehicle

I purchased a 2011 BMW 5GT. I bought it without physically being there because I live in 6 hours away in North Carolina. I was really nervous about the purchase, but Mr. Shuan Bush and his team made it an easy transition. I worked with Mr. Zezmon during the transaction. He is a nice sales man and super helpful. He gave me a personal walk around and startup video of my vehicle. If you buy a car from out of state make sure Mr. Bush gives the final okay. He will make sure the delivery and transaction is perfect. I love my car and I truly look forward to working with them again. Mr. Bush is a man of his word and true gentleman.

I found my new SUV online at Luxury Auto Innovations, I called & set an appointment, then meet with Shawn, he is the coolest, and most kind person you will ever meet, The selection of cars had many other good cars to choose. Shawn gave me a better deal then anyone else. So I bought my new car from him. I had a problem with my car after I picked it up, I called them and Luxury Auto quickly resolved the issue. Everyone I talked with in the office was so kind and very quick to help me with everything.nMy family, and I will go back to them for our next car, this was the easiest car buying transaction I ever experienced.nThank you Luxury Auto Innovations!

We looked at several other dealerships and didn’t get a trustworthy feeling from them. As soon as we walked in the door, I felt we could trust Shaun. He made the test drive and transaction quick and easy, with no haggling. The car runs great and we’re happy with our purchase.

After searching for the vehicle i wanted and finding it here at Luxury I took a drive from Hampton to Flowery Branch. Met up with Shaun with a simple word from him to test drive and then talk business which he was right. Took the test drive and new this was what i wanted. They do what is necessary to stay sanitary and have a lot full of great looking Luxury cars. No hassling straight up business with a great car I am happy with.nThanks Shaun for your help hope we can do business again someday!
