Took my teen to open his 1st checking account but was told they only have 2 people working and would not have time to help us today( 1.5hrs before closing)Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer to schedule another time. Didn’t seem very interested in attracting business. Poor customer service.
I truly enjoyed working with Tammy Harris at the Flowery Branch location. She was incredibly kind and treated me like family. This branch truly cares about it's customers and is genuinely invested in the well being of all they serve. Thank you for everything Tammy!
