Chris Therrell Golf Academy

Just moved here from the Orlando area and was looking for a new coach. Chris is as good of a teaching pro as many of the top 50 instructors I visited while living in Orlando. His knowledge of track-man is a real asset to any student. He was able to identify a path problem in my swing and setup a program for me to correct it. I was already hitting the ball more solid and further at the end of the lesson.

Game Changer!nnRecently, I had the opportunity to work with Chris for 4 lessons. I found that working with Chris was both informative and enjoyable. I was introduced to his teaching during a skills clinic for a social organization that I am involved with. He quickly demonstrated that he has a wealth of experience working with golfers with different skill levels consequently I decided to take individual lessons.nnI have played off and off for almost 30yrs with little success and a lot of frustration. Previously, I took lessons from 2 other instructors and each time I wound up being more frustrated than I was before I started the lessons but with Chris's formal instruction I could immediately hit the shots I wanted consistently from the tee box to the green. Chris’s combines his many years of experience with today’s newest technology.nnI would recommend working with Chris if you are an avid golfer or just someone learning the game. Chris is a born teacher in that he can effectively personalize and communicate instruction and technique. He also obviously cares about people as demonstrated by his post lesson follow-up. I am playing 6-8 times a month and the lessons have changed my enjoyment of the game and allowed me to shave about 8-9 strokes off my handicap. I am more motivated than ever to reach my full potential. I look forward to returning to the Chris Therrell Golf Academy to help me to continue to improve.

Great instructor, works with your needs and what works for you and not pushing you into a box. In just a few lessons he has made great improvements with some little tweaks he has seen with me. Previous instructors will little help. Fully recommend.
