EVERYONE PLEASE READ READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!! since I wasn’t told there was a time frame to getting a refund I called my bank and they returned my money when I decided I didn’t want to sign a contract with them and the bank returned the money now their saying I have a balance with them!!! Everyone who wants to apply be careful they will keep your security deposit and they are very unprofessional plus they answer the phone at their time and when going in person never do they open the door and especially when trying to get your refund back everyone go over their bad reviews and be sure to ask questions!!!nAlso I know this is out of the topic but when I went to the apartment complex a guy threw his keys at the office door and he also told me don’t get an apartment here!! Would definitely not recommend anyone to apply here!!!! Well if you do just go over everything and think twice before applying!nWouldn’t even give them a star

Ghetto! Limited amount of parking spaces for individuals residing there. Vehicles are getting towed at a alarming rate due to the parking issue. The so-called Courtesy Officer is useless. Cars were getting vandalized/broken into and management or their headquarters did nothing nothing about it. Astronomical amount of noise complaints with no resolution. The mailboxes are broken and management won't have them replaced. Lastly, entrance gate is always broke allowing others that don't live in the community access. The complex looks nice but it's a allusion!!!

I been living here 13 years and the recent management has been great for the past 5 years. They always help in what they can and give the best customer service.

Went to view these apartments and got the run around to view an actual apartment that was ready. Much higher price than other apartments in the area. Definitely not going to pay 300+ for just the application fee for two people for a unit I cant see first. And the entrance gate seems to always be open and let anyone in. 1400+ for 2 bedroom 2 bath. A basic cable fee of 25 extra per month for something that is already free and no option to reject explanation was there are a few premium channels in that.
