I recently moved from Chicago and used Aaron Moore to help me find a suitable home with limited time to locate,negotiate and close. I have known Aaron for almost 5 years now. He was one who helped me purchase my first ever home in Kennesaw, GA...now after 5 years, he helped me again to buy my third house in Woodstock, GA. He is very flexible, knowledgeable of the current trends of the housing market. He shows you as many houses you want to see before you make a decision. He doesn't rush you into things. He understands what we want and just sends the listings that pretty much meet the requirements. He will show all the houses that you want to see. He is very patient. I purchased a home in the Snellville, GA area back at the height of the market and needed to relocate, but due to the market I owed more than it was worth. I thought I was stuck and had no clue what to do. Aaron was able to help me with my options, listed my home as a short sale and had me under contract in a matter of days. I had heard from friends how long the short sale process took and all the frustrations they went through but Aaron and his team helped guide me through the process and made it very smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend using Aaron Moore with Kinetic Realty as your real estate agent if you are looking to buy or sell. My wife and I were looking to buy in the Snellville area and lucked out by picking Aaron Moore with Kinetic Realty. He lives near the area so he knows it well. He was always easy to reach, answered all of our numerous questions, and masterfully guided us through a tough home-buying market. Buying in the hot Snellville market means you have to be well-prepared and act quickly to get a nice home since they don't stay on the market very long. Ultimately we ended up bidding on two places before an offer was accepted. All three were very competitive bids with multiple offers and tight deadlines. Aaron was very accommodating and was able to put together the offers on short notice. And even on the rare occasion when he wasn't available to look at properties, he made sure someone else from the Kinetic Realty team was available to cover for him. Because Aaron was so knowledgeably about the area, and quick to respond, we were able to purchase a great house in a great Snellville neighborhood for a price that was below the appraisal value. We would definitely highly recommend Aaron and his team again for future home buying or selling!

Supposed to close today on our first home...but we're snowed in. Aaron has been very helpful the whole way with advice and guidance. We got an awesome deal and are so excited to get the keys if this snow ever clears up!
