Do noy move here. We still have no running hot water for 3 months now. While I am paying a hotel and the apartment and the same time. The apartment keeps telling me two more weeks every month.

Do not move here! I haven’t had hot water for 3 months now.nThe manger of these apartment told me she would not give me hot water during the eviction moratorium because my rent was past due. Once I paid the rent in full Morgan Properies brought the apartment and gave us no discount on the rent or hot water in the unit. 3 months living in hotels and still paying The Grove apartments rent for the unit. This apartment is poorly manage and the manger has anger management issues.

Do not move here!! 3 months without hot water would drive anyone crazy. Every week mangement is ordering the part to fix the problem. I had paid my rent in full while sleeping and bathing in hotel. It is time for Morgan Properties to control of this situation .I need hot water ASAP

Shame on you Morgan Properties and management I have not had hot waters for 3 months while everyone pretend that they are ordering the part every time I call. I know management turn off my hot water because my rent was past due but I paid my rent in full .

Do not move here! Its been 3 months and no hot water in my unit while they collect full rent and I have to sleep in hotel to bath.
