I used to like it, but since I have a special attitude neighbor , and without mentioning the spider ud83dudd77ufe0f invasion. Or the 3 months. Without A/C. This place used to be quiet and safe ,now I don't feel safe to go outside because it's a lot of people coming and going and parking on the parking for the residents , people that don't live here , someone hit my brand new car , and I don't know who's was, just like that . Is been more than 4 months since I ordered a replacement shade for my kitchen window and I ordered because when I moved in they didn't change that particular shade. Still no luck. People save your money and go somewhere else. This management is the same with the Park Crossing apartment. So don't expect to much from them. They don't even have a maintenance people.

Ashford Meadows Apartment is in a very convenient and peaceful location. It has all the necessary shopping centers near by. It has a very pleasant environment with a good neighborhood. The apartment has a big yards with a plenty of parking spaces. The service is wonderful and it is managed very well. Great Management Team. This is a nice place to stay. I loved It.

I live here now 6 years. very good family environment. new property manager Tania is the best i have seen in last 6 years.very active.hard working management team.nI brought many families to live in this apartment and will continue.nMohammad 5076

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!! ROACHES!! EVERYWHERE!! They do exterminate, but the roaches have already taken over a number of the apartment complexes!! The neighbors are loud and filthy! Make SURE you take a GOOD look at the surroundings! The apartments appear livable and pleasant when you're driving through, but if you'd take a closer look you'll see otherwise. The back of the apartments are FILTHY!! Trash and cigarette butts all over the ground! People from all over the neighborhood bring their trash, old furniture, automobile tires, and whatever else they want to discard and dump it in the back of the apartments!! When you drive through, you see kids playing, parents walking around on a nice day...and everything appears pleasant. But once you're locked into the lease....YOU - ARE - IN - PRISON!! In one particular complex, 1 apartment has about 5 or 6 cars parked there at any given time (hood-like atmosphere, parked on the grass and on the street), blocking the other neighbors of the complex in...no consideration or neighborly respect all!! New management has taken over on August 1, 2016, but the cost of making changes are much greater than just maintaining the status quo. I guess we'll see....BUT EVEN WITH THE EXTERMINATING THAT HAS BEEN DONE OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS... THE ROACHES ARE STILL FREAKING ME OUT!! PLEASE DRIVE BY THIS PLACE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION....YOU'D BE DOING YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR!!!!! Oh, and did I say ROACHES EVERYWHERE?!!
