Don't understand why it's so hard to get a hold of this place during business hours. Then to finally get someone like shantel while trying to check on the status of your application well after the 72hr response timeframe who is rude and hangs up on you.

Ugh ud83dude15ud83eudd22 just did a drive through to see if I would like to move there and omg! No curb appeal. You can tell it’s not well maintained and I can just imagine the horror the residents are going through at this property. I could not believe my eyes that this place looked like poverty. From the trash, to the paint on the buildings, to the landscape... it looked like I drove in to HELL.ud83dude2c

They take the rent payment but don't take care of the property or the residents. I was there one week 2 or 3 times and the grass was knee high and the dumpster was overflowing with trash bags stacked almost as high as the dumpster, all around and the smell was unbearable.
