This review is spot on!!!!na year agonStaff and therapists are amazing. Management however is terrible; bounced checks, unprofessionalism, constantly loopholing contracts, no respect for personal time of others, lacks accountability for actions and outcome of actions. Management is mostly one sided and never takes the advice of others. Pretends to care about you and your service to the company, but ultimately does not. Overall, this is a last resort employment choice, if you can put up with this and then some.nnAdvice to management; treat people fairly, pay on time, only contact employees during work hours, and take more accountability for actions.

I love this place..my son and daughter were going there. They are both on the Autism spectrum. My son started talking with the help of his wonderful therapist Nicole. He loved her. They also found that my daughter had some weakness on one side that her doctor didn't even catch. She was later diagnosed with Hemiparalysis. My son was 5 at the time and daughter was 3. They are 11 going on 12 tomorrow and 10. Thank you so much..I hate we had to move. I really love this place.

My daughter has been seeing Ashley McCoy since May 2018 for speech therapy. We love her! She is such a great therapist! My daughter is 2yrs old and Ashley works so well with her; she is coming along great with her speech. I love that Ashley is able to work with me with my work schedule consistently changing to get my daughter in for an appointment. I also love that I am able to contact Ashley to always tell her if I need a different appointment or even my daughter has done something new with her speech. Ashley really is the best! She is truly amazing and part of my family life forever!

The only reason I gave good stars because a couple of therapists seems good in there my daughter have approved in her speech I have been going a couple of months now and the reason I am mad is because my schedule or therapist have been switched 4 or 5 times you go 2 times a week based on your needs and sometimes they say they would have to switch the schedule I don’t know why but one time they switch my schedule they waited the same week of to tell me to switch instead of advance notice and you have to figure out to switch the schedule of what you are already used too instead of them calling and giving you the same options that you are used to. If that makes any sense the facility is nice and clean the janitor in there keeps it really clean. Some therapists that are good is Michelle, Kayla, and adrianna , and their rooms are nicely decorated to kids needs too. I also saw camaille but didn’t too much care for her the vibe wasn’t there and room was dull. I also like the fact that they see special needs children too

Me are so pleased with the Services our Adult Autistic Son receives at the Let’s Talk Therapy Duluth location. We had been searching for over two years to find a Speech Therapist, for our son who had aged out of High School at age 22. When I spoke to the Owner-Mr. Teddy he did not hesitate in assuring me, that he had Speech Therapists on his staff that have experiences working with Special Needs Adults. We were assigned Speech Therapist Ms. Camille. Ms Camille is very knowledgeable about the ST Services my son previously received in High School and provided weeks of remediation to help him become familiar with the material he use to fluently be able to use on his Communication Device, when he was in HS.. She has updated our son’s TouchChat App to make it not only age appropriate but functional for his life Post High School. She also works on his Socialization and Life Skills. Skills he will need as he goes about his everyday routines.nThis facility is clean and bright!nAgain, we are so Thankful to have found this Facility!
