Neil and the entire staff of this pharmacy are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help customers. I will be a customer for life. They are friendly, polite and work with your insurance to make sure you get your medication on time and for the right price. I have had several issues that Neil helped with even on his day off! That's how important customer service is to them. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to customers. You just don't get personalised service like you used to get. But Killian Hill makes sure you do get that service with them. Chain pharmacies treat you like your just a number. Killian Hill treats you as a part of the family. I would highly recommend you try them especially if you take medications that are difficult to get through regular chain pharmacies. Killian Hill was recommended by my doctor and I will never leave them. Try them. You will be happy and impressed with Killian Hill.

My dr sent a prescription the prior week, then I stopped by to give them my prescription card indicating that my company does not cover the prescription. I was told it is ok we have coupons for it. We will let you know in a day. 2 days past nothing. I called asked about my prescription. The pharmacist say since my company does not cover it ask for a new one. That is the only brand on the market APPARENTLY the pharmacist did not know that!nnSo I called my CVS and they told me my prescribing doctor is the person that has to get it pre-approved and then they can search use coupons to get it filled. Another pharmacist knew that information, but this one did not... if there was only a zero rating. They would have it.

Neil and his staff are great! He always tries to make sure you save the most money possible and uses a lot of prescription savers cards to help with that! I drive 20 mins out of my way to go here because they’re the best!
