Staff was not available most of time. I would not go back.
This was the perfect pick for style and comfort. The level of detail and hospitality makes this 5 star review easy... we were even upgraded to a better room with better view upon arrival, everyone is so nice. The interior is exquisite as well as the food
I was totally disappointed with the person at the front desk when I checked in .I called beforehand to see if they had a pool and they so but because of covid it was not in use. As well as the gym facility. The breakfast was good and the server was courteous. I would not stay there again, especially since the main attraction was the spa which was a mile away.
The hotel is clean and rooms as expected. I like the buffet style being done during covid for the included breakfast. Seems pretty efficient and works. The only real issue I have is their Internet speeds are terrible. My second night and I am only getting
The staff is absolutely terrible and very very unprofessional!!!!!!!! I spent nearly two thousand dollars in this hotel and the service I received was beyond awful beyond terrible!!!! First the front desk clerk Pam had the nerve and the audacity to ask my husband to buy her a bottle of wine while she was on the clock!!!!!!! I thought how very inappropriate?????!!!!! Then the housekeeping supervisor had the audacity to tell my friend that he was taking too much juice and had the audacity to belittle him in front of other paying guest and that is what made me call corporate on the management staff. The General Manager Lewis did absolutely nothing to correct this problem. Then you had Miss Maylasia with her Platinum blond Avatar wig mocking us I not really worried about her because personally speaking I think Miss thing is slack and wack to say the least. Overall......poor management, terrible customer service. We are banned from coming back to the hotel but with service like this who would want to come back anyway. Don't allow your dog to bark here.
