It wasn't bad at all. Just to be safe bring your own disinfectant and you will be fine. The power did go out during a storm but it was on shortly after.
This potential for this motel to be a premium high end location providing high end services is there, BUT unfortunately this isn't the vision the owners have for this motel. The rooms are dank, musty and grotesquely outdated. The rooms are plagued with sorely under utilized space. The housekeeping staff is quite courteous and attentive, and that's where the high point of your stay begins and ends. Be very careful here especially if you are traveling be with family and have valubles, I've noticed some very shady characters acting suspiciously. For the most part because these motels are on the I -85 strip and the traffic is such high volume these business have become smug and complacent when it comes to providing premium simply because they you need them and not the other way around. In closing these motels in this leave a lot to be desired along with basic amenities.
Great clean and quiet location! Very lovely staff and they make the check in process simple with no extra fees other than what’s required. Big room and spotless clean fresh towels and sheets. No bed bugs and mattress no more than 2 years old I promise I checked myself! Definitely booking another stay soon! Thank you Araamda management and staff!
Speedy and friendly staff. Clean rooms, they are using sanitizing products u can see and smell! Not a 5 star because our jacuzzi suit water would not get hot and took almost an hour to fill.
The older indian gentleman with the grey hair is absolutely rude, unprofessional, and completely disregards any concern the customer bring to his attention. I strongly believe as the face of any company, and worst as It was bought to my attention a MANAGER you play a big part in customer service. He needs to work on his entire demeanor when interacting with customers. Apart from underlining issue this hotel is very clean and the other staff is extremely polite and welcoming.
