This Extended-stay was quite comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the manager Miss Williams, she was very accommodating, kind , professional and easy to talk to. Miss Williams went out of her way to make our stay pleasurable. Good value for the money. Location was key to us, we were in the middle of everything, great restaurants and shopping. To top things off parking was free.
I’ve been to many hotels as part of my profession. Am not very easy to please staying at hotels because of the BAD REVIEWS: However, from the moment we walked into this extended suite we were truly impressed by the ambiance, The staffs was super polite and professional.nLong story short! We also cross path several times with the Manager, Pamela Williams.nBottomline………It can only take a good team of management to create such warmed and welcomed hospitality to any guest. My stay at InTown Suites was really great and the customer service I received was amazing!!! I was in Georgia for a business meeting that was canceled and rescheduled for the next day due to unforeseen circumstances, so I needed to find a hotel to stay at ASAP. Since I was only staying in town for one or two nights I did not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room. I contacted InTown Suites and the manager who I spoke to was very pleasant and professional ud83dude0a I explained my situation to her and she immediately said no problem, we will be able to accommodate you. When I arrived at the hotel, the same manger who I spoke to on the phone was there to greet me ud83dude0a She was able to get me a rate that was very affordable!!! The room was very clean and the customer service I received from the staff and the manager was impeccable☺ufe0f Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay at InTown Suites and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.
Everything at this suite was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the customer service was impeccable. My family and I stayed at the suite at 3720 Steve Reynolds Blvd and we have no complaints. Will definitely come again when we’re back in Atlanta! Thanks again for your excellent service.
I have been a extended stay guest for a very long time and it has been pleasurable the entire time. The front office staff are always friendly and accomodating any concern you have about your room, security or maintenance they attend to it right away. Knowing that security is very important is what I really appreciate. I would recommend this location every time.
